PEACH BLOSSOM POWDER
After Columbus discovered the new world, peach trees came to America with European immigrants. However, because the peach varieties did not adapt to the local climate, the peach trees flowered more and produced fewer fruits, which greatly restricted their development. It was not until the early 19th century that horticulturists introduced a walnut variety called "elbeta" from Europe that peach trees spread in North and South America. At the beginning of the 20th century, American horticulturists introduced more than 450 excellent peach varieties from China. Through hybridization and grafting, in a short period of more than ten years, they selected and bred improved varieties that adapt to the subtropical climate, making the United States one of the largest peach producing countries in the world.
Japan has a short history of planting peach trees. In 1875, the Japanese Okayama horticultural farm introduced peach seedlings from Shanghai and Tianjin. Because the climate here is suitable, the peach trees grow well and the fruit quality is excellent, the peach planting industry has developed rapidly. Horticulturists have cultivated more than 50 excellent varieties. Okayama county is covered with mountains and fields, and peach trees are in a forest. It has become a famous peach Township in Japan, and peach blossom is designated as the county flower. The "Gangshan white" peach, which has been improved for several times, has returned to China for naturalization and has become an excellent variety cultivated in China with excellent flavor, aroma, quality, fresh food and pot storage.
Now most peach trees can realize self pollination, but through many years of experiments, many experiments on many varieties of white peach and yellow peach in the world have found that artificial pollination can better and stably improve the fruit setting rate and improve the fruit quality of peach trees.
usage method:Since most fruits in the world are self incompatible varieties, although some varieties can realize self pollination, it is found that the use of cross pollination technology in the orchards of self pollinated varieties will enable farmers to have a greater harvest. Therefore, artificial pollination is strongly recommended. Although this seems to increase your planting costs, you will find how smart you are in the harvest season. According to our experiment, the conclusion is to compare the two orchards, in which orchard a adopts natural matrix pollination and orchard B adopts artificial cross pollination of specific varieties. The specific data at harvest are compared as follows: the proportion of high-quality commercial fruits in garden a is 60%, and the proportion of high-quality commercial fruits in garden B is 75%. The yield of artificial pollination orchard is 30% higher than that of natural medium pollination orchard. Therefore, through this set of numbers, you will find how wise it is to use our company’s pollen for cross pollination. Using the company’s pear blossom powder can effectively improve the fruit setting rate and quality of commercial fruits
Precautions
1 Because pollen is active and living, it cannot be stored at room temperature for a long time. If it is used in 3 days, you can put it in cold storage. If it is due to inconsistent flowering time, Some flowers bloom early on the sunny side of the mountain, while others bloom late on the shady side of the mountain. If the use time is more than a week, you need to put the pollen in the freezer to reach - 18 ℃. Then take the pollen out of the freezer 12 hours before use, put it at room temperature to change the pollen from dormant state to active state, and then it can be used normally. In this way, the pollen can germinate in the shortest time when it reaches the stigma, so as to form the perfect fruit we want.
2. This pollen cannot be used in bad weather. The suitable pollination temperature is 15 ℃ - 25 ℃. If the temperature is too low, the pollen germination will be slow, and the pollen tube needs more time to grow and extend into the ovary. If the temperature is higher than 25 ℃, it can not be used, because too high temperature will kill the activity of pollen, and too high temperature will evaporate the nutrient solution on the stigma of flowers waiting for pollination. In this way, even pollination will not achieve the harvest effect we want, because the nectar on the flower stigma is a necessary condition for pollen germination. The above two conditions require careful and patient observation by farmers or technicians.
3. If it rains within 5 hours after pollination, it needs to be re pollinated.
Keep the pollen in a dry bag before shipment. If pollen is found to be moist, please do not use moist pollen. Such pollen has lost its original activity.
