Precauzioni

1 Poiché il polline è attivo e vivente, non può essere conservato a temperatura ambiente per lungo tempo. Se viene utilizzato entro 3 giorni, è possibile riporlo in cella frigorifera. Se il tempo di utilizzo è superiore a una settimana, è necessario mettere il polline nel congelatore per raggiungere la temperatura di -18 ℃. Quindi togliere il polline dal congelatore 12 ore prima dell'uso, metterlo a temperatura ambiente per cambiare il polline dallo stato dormiente allo stato attivo, quindi può essere utilizzato normalmente. 2. Questo polline non può essere utilizzato in caso di maltempo. La temperatura di impollinazione adatta è 15 ℃ - 25 ℃. Se la temperatura è troppo bassa, la germinazione del polline sarà lenta e il tubo pollinico avrà bisogno di più tempo per crescere ed estendersi nell'ovaio. Se la temperatura è superiore a 25 ℃, non può essere utilizzata, perché una temperatura troppo alta ucciderà l'attività del polline e una temperatura troppo alta farà evaporare la soluzione nutritiva sullo stigma dei fiori in attesa di impollinazione. In questo modo, anche l’impollinazione non otterrà l’effetto di raccolto desiderato, perché il nettare presente sullo stigma del fiore è una condizione necessaria per la germinazione del polline. Le due condizioni sopra descritte richiedono un'osservazione attenta e paziente da parte degli agricoltori o dei tecnici.

3. Se piove entro 5 ore dall'impollinazione, è necessario riimpollinarlo.
Conservare il polline in un sacchetto asciutto prima della spedizione. Se il polline risulta umido, non utilizzare polline umido. Tale polline ha perso la sua attività originaria.
