2. Bij slecht weer kan dit stuifmeel niet gebruikt worden. De geschikte bestuivingstemperatuur is 15 ℃ - 25 ℃. Als de temperatuur te laag is, zal de kieming van het stuifmeel langzaam zijn en heeft de stuifmeelbuis meer tijd nodig om te groeien en zich uit te breiden tot in de eierstok. Als de temperatuur hoger is dan 25 ℃, kan deze niet worden gebruikt, omdat een te hoge temperatuur de activiteit van stuifmeel zal doden, en een te hoge temperatuur de voedingsoplossing zal verdampen op het stigma van bloemen die wachten op bestuiving. Op deze manier zal zelfs bestuiving niet het gewenste oogsteffect bereiken, omdat de nectar op het bloemstigma een noodzakelijke voorwaarde is voor het ontkiemen van stuifmeel. De bovenstaande twee omstandigheden vereisen zorgvuldige en geduldige observatie door boeren of technici.

3. Als het binnen 5 uur na de bestuiving regent, moet er opnieuw bestoven worden.
Bewaar het stuifmeel vóór verzending in een droge zak. Indien stuifmeel vochtig blijkt te zijn, gebruik dan geen vochtig stuifmeel. Dergelijk stuifmeel heeft zijn oorspronkelijke activiteit verloren.
